Did any of you moms take road trips while pregnant? I’m nervous being in the car for so long

@livefast, I would be going from Georgia to Missouri I’m just thinking about if I get nauseous or need to stretch

I took a 2 hour road trip and a 4 hour road trip

When i was 6 months pregnant I drove from New Hampshire to Tennessee. Just like the post above listen to your body and stop when you need to to pee/stretch

@countrymusic_mama, did you ever get nauseous? That’s one of my main concerns and not being able to stretch how I want

@prettyjazz98 I did but not too bad. When I did was usually when I'd stop and have a break

I took a 5-6 hour trip to Pennsylvania at 20 weeks and 32 weeks

@taylorc, what was it like for you

I was told by my doctor it was fine as long as I took frequent breaks and stayed hydrated. I even took a trip at 32 weeks preggo

@wvmommy, oh wow I can’t imagine traveling at 32 weeks go mom!! lol

@prettyjazz98 it was bad at all lol I just stopped to pee and stuff as soon as I felt it because I didn't want to risk peeing my self lol

When I was 20 weeks we took a 16 hour road trip to Montana and then 2 days later drove 16 hours back. It was fine honestly. I just peed every time we got gas.

Not yet but will be driving 16 hours to Idaho in 3 weeks and I will be 26 weeks at the time! Feeling nervous!

@aengs2, you are so strong honestly lol thankfully it’s only 8 hours for me, how’d you get through such a long trip?

@prettyjazz98, I have no idea how I did it! My main concern was that my 2.5 year old was in the car too so most of my worries were directed towards him and my energy went towards making sure he was comfortable. Somehow we both survived! I think the best thing I did was take a few naps while my dad was driving.

We drove 14 hours to Arizona when I was 28 weeks by time we got there my feet and ankles were so swelled they never went down the rest of my pregnancy.

My last pregnancy I drove from ga to va and then back to ga. I was about 15 weeks. It wasn't that bad, just alot of bathroom breaks lol

From Massachusetts to Pennsylvania. Just bring toilet paper or wipes, snacks, drinks and a blanket/pillow, dress comfy, maybe a book (I couldn't read cause I get car sick) and you'll be fine! 😊

I can't be in the car for too long. My back starts hurting nd I cant drive for too long bc my belly starts to hurt. Lol I can't do much of anything for too long 🙄😂

@prettyjazz98, it wasn’t too bad. Even with drinking a lot of water I only had to stop once each time to pee.

I did from Florida to Massachusetts and then back to Florida a couple days later I was uncomfortable at times but over all it was ok
