Looking for some help ??

I've recently discovered I have a short LP, it's 10 days & I have spotting before and after. Yesterday and today I had AF like cramping really bad. I haven't had it before, only the first couple days of AF. My question is, what do you think is causing my short LP. I'm leaning towards a hormonal imbalance but I'm curious if it could be endometriosis or cysts since I've had bad cramping.. Sorry for the long post!
