I just read that if your breasts are sore on the sides near underneath your armpit that it's a good sign you have ovulated. If you have pain in the front of your boobs or nipple pain/sensitivity it means estrogen dominance! On one of the sights it said it could mean you didn't ovulate if it's your nipples that are sore ? grrr. My nipples are sore
