Rant. Refusing cervix exams at OB
Today I had my 38 weeks appointment. I expected the appointment to be quick like always. Weight, BP, fundal height, see you in a week. But today the nurse brought a gown and said "get undressed today she wants to make sure you aren't dilated". I told her no thank you, I don't want to be checked. Maybe at 40 weeks, but I feel it's too early. She looked at me and said "oh, she's not going to like that".
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this as am so confused ?? As some saying maybe I wasn't pregnant at all and it gave me positive results
My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. I'm 22 weeks today and it felt like my baby rotated positions today - granted they move all over the place at this stage, but I wonder if he will be head down next Tuesday at 23 week ultrasound appointment...
