Sick again!

I've been having diarrhea and stomach pains for the past two days and yesterday I threw up all my breakfast and today I threw it up again. I hardly get hungry I swear I had a better appetite when I wasn't pregnant. I haven't gained any weight throughout my whole pregnancy and I'm still pretty small I can still fit into my jeans. I'm just concerned that baby is fine and hope he's growing fine.
