Is it normal?

2 week old baby girl has diarrhea pretty bad and she is constantly having dirty diapers. She has had a rash almost for a week now. She has a rash on her va jay jay and butt butt. I been putting meds on it every diaper change, it even squirts out like a explosion sometimes when I change her. I never had this with my son. Im making her a Doctors appointment tomorrow.
