Anyone NOT Involved in Their Baby Shower Planning?

For my first baby I had no one to do my shower for me so I planned it myself down to the food and paying. This time my sister and cousin are doing it and the date is Oct 1st and I feel like nothing is getting done. When I planned my own I already paid for the place to have it months ago and already sent out the invites a month and half early. :( I am panicking. Bc I am 28 weeks now and my last baby came at 37 weeks.
