Sadness... Am I Wrong?

I work with a girl that I guess had to go to ESE classes through out school and she takes all kinds of meds, she has freak out moments snaps on ppl and screams curse words. One day when I was pregnant last year she told me she never wanted children bc she didn't want to pass down the mental problems and other things that are wrong with her to the baby. Well today I came into work and she is freaking out thinking she is pregnant and saying she has to have a abortion if she is and she was shaking like totally freaking out. I told her that adoption could be a option bc there are ppl our there with the kind of money to take care of baby's in need (only bc I am against abortion), but as we talked she said her and her boyfriend have major mental issues and she is strong on abortion. I guess I see where she is coming from, but it is heart breaking that babies already have a little heartbeat at week 5... I told her to find out ASAP and take care of it as soon as she can. She was asking for help and advise from me and such. Was I wrong? I mean I am totally against abortion bc every baby deserves to live, but I said I support her through it.
