What would you do? This is the raccoon that's been living in the attic of my apartment I've complained 3 times. Now it's broken the ceiling and has his tail bushing through... Sunday so the office is not open emergency maintenance came and boarded it up... As you can see some kind of mold or something has also grown there on the wall.... That raccoon has been here since I moved in of may last year... See my pervious post I have photos of him... Now this situation could have gone bad... And also they are gross!!!
