double ear infection :(

My poor baby had a fever it went to 104.3... Took her to er this morning she wasn't drinking milk either. Turns out she has a double ear infection.. I feel so sad for her and she has a horrible cold since Monday ... I can only use the Nose Frida.l and Tylenol what are some other ways I can sooth her..
