Finally moving to Fort Bliss

Hi ladies, I posted a while ago about trying to find housing at Fort Bliss. Since then we have decided to live off base opposed to on base because them seem nicer and the size we want. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Lower Beaumont, Van Horne or Rio Bravo in terms of where to live. These are the three we are trying to get given where they are. Thanks!
