Contractions? 32 weeks

I'm not a ftm, but with my daughter, I couldn't tell when I was having contractions. But tonight, my stomach has been getting really hard every 10 min or so lasting about a minute. It gets really hard to breathe. For a few days now, I have been having really bad pressure/ pain in my pelvis. It's to the point where it literally hurts to stand up or walk. My legs have been falling asleep a lot and so has my right arm. I've mentioned the falling asleep to my dr but he didn't say anything. Also, I get this weird feeling in my cervix, almost like its pulsing, it's starting to hurt more now. What exactly do contractions feel like? And should I be worried about everything going on? My dr didn't seem to worry much even tho I am high risk due to delivering my daughter at 26 weeks.
