considering weight loss surgery
I just got my blood work back from my OB, and I have PCOS and high insulin levels... Meaning I am borderline diabetic. I have been dieting and exercising for Years and years and could never shed a pound. So I'm considering gastric bypass surgery. My family thinks i am wrong for wanting the surgery... My mom said if I loved my daughter I wouldn't do it... But that's the main reason i want to do it. I want to be able to do fun stuff with her and her not be embarrassed about her fat mom or I want to be able to go to the park and play without getting tired. And I want to be skinny and healthy for the first time in my life. This is something I have considered for the longest time, and now my daughter is growing up and something needs to change. Like I said, I could never lose weight. I have a hormone problem that stops me from being able to do so. I just wanted some support or if you have had this surgery, comment. I'm at a low point in my life and everybody hating on my choice to do this for my daughter and myself has really got me down in the dumps.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
