HELP PLEASE !!!

Hey so I been having back pain for the last couple days and just morning when I woke up just morning I used the restroom and I also felt like I had to #2 but couldn't so when I wiped it was a light pink discharge I'm 35 weeks and I also woke up with pressure in the bottom of my belly but no contractions what could be going on I don't wanna go to L&D bcuz I have a doctor appointment in a few !!
