HELPPPPPP !!!!!

So I'm experiencing bleeding but no pain and when I went to the hospital Sunday baby heartbeat was 123 bpm and everything looked good hcg was 3000 and something I went back last night and hcg only raised a little I'm not passing anything I don't know what's going on has anyone experience this and had a normal and healthy pregnancy
