I'm over the moon....

So I talked to DD's bio father for the first time in months... I was honest with him and told him everything that was going on with me medically wise. Like the best case scenario and the worst case scenario. and he actually agreed to sign away his parental rights so DH can adopt her. Just in case that way she doesn't end up in the court system until it's decided who gets her. This makes me feel so much better. He's in prison at least till she's 13 because he molested his girlfriend's children. And for some reason the family court judge couldn't take his rights because he didn't show up to court. So at least there's no legal fight if something happens to me.
