Crohn's disease?

Ok mommies I need some advice. I went to the emergency room the weekend before last. They put me on antibiotics to treat a colon infection. But they said if the antibiotics didn't help my pain subside then they think it's Crohn's disease. I don't have my initial appointment with the GI doctor till August. I've been off the antibiotics from hell since Monday. The abdominal pain hasn't stopped along with any of my other symptoms. Is there anything I can do to try and ease the adominal pain? Diet wise or really anything? The pain today is more then I can really handle. I don't want to go to the ER again. But it's starting to a interfere with my day-to-day life right now
