baby shower rant.....

I'm sorry just got to get this out... I don't even want a baby shower anymore.. my mom was supposed to be planning in it with my aunt and my sister. But she refuses to include anyone. To be honest I love my mom but she sucks at planning things. She sent out the invitations with my husband's name spelled wrong, she is having someone make the cake that I can't even eat bc it tastes so odd ( my 2 year old even refused to eat it) I even told her my sister was doing the cake but apparently that went in one ear out the other. I was looking forward to this but now not so much. I'm not trying to sound ungrateful but my mom has a long history of lack of better works half as assing things for her kids...why can't she just let my sister do it.
