weight gain?

At my first doctor's appointment with this pregnancy I was 115 pounds. Well last week at the high risk doctor at 24 weeks I was 122 pounds. Exactly 7 Days Later at the regular OB I am 127. the high-risk scale is the non digital type, ob scale is digital. My question is which scale tends to be more accurate? I know weight gain is normal but five pounds seems like a lot for 7 days. I'm kinda hoping one of them was off somewhere??
