Itchiness?

How much itchiness is normal? I am so itchy on the bottom of my stomach, the tops of my hands & my face/eyes. I'm not scratching to the point of a rash though..? I have an appointment Monday for my 38 week check up. Should I just wait and ask at my appointment?
