Is it just me? ?

Some of y'all know I was diagnosed with mild pre-e a week ago. Well I've been on bed rest since then, and don't really feel that terrible until today. I woke up at 6:30 with the worst headache of my life. Took my pressure and it was fine 116/60. I continued to lay down, drink water, and nap if I could. Around 2 the headache was still bad, took pressure again its 140/90. Now I'm starting to get nauseous. I drank more water laid down. My pressure right now is 137/77. My doctor told me only to come in if 1. I look like an orangutan (swelling) 2. Seeing spots 3. Have pain in upper abdomen. I have none of those things, but my headache omg! It is the worst. I can feel my pulse in my ears because it hurts so bad.
