Need to vent!!

I am so overwhelmed. Two days ago my dog hurt herself really bad jumping off our bed. We ended up having to rush her to an emergency vet for surgery. $4000 dollars later, she's home, sedated, and resting. She has no movement in her entire back half. Which means going to the bathroom has become me expressing her bladder on a towel while she lays there limp. Doctor says she should make some progress in the next 4-6 weeks. We're not sure how much movement she'll regain, but she's okay. Thank God. I could not imagine losing her. I have severe anxiety, and she helps me cope. On top of that, I'm 35 weeks pregnant. ??‍♀️ My doctor is monitoring my BP, and I've been getting extremely dizzy. Our little girl is going to be here anywhere in the next 4-6 weeks, and I can't help but feel so stressed. Going down to one income with a handicapped dog and a new born is not how I expected the next couple months to go. Keep us in yall's thoughts ? I am gonna lose it.
