Blood Pressure Question

Okay ladies... soooo apparently my blood pressure has been measuring slightly high for the past couple weeks. I'm now 34 weeks 5 days, and at my appointment today they checked my BP 3x!! It was consistently 119/90. The doctor scheduled me an ultrasound an hour later and told me to come back and get my BP rechecked. Flash forward to the ultrasound, baby looks great, fluid great, estimated 6 lbs 9 oz, but my blood pressure was 136/102 in my right arm. The nurse made me switch arms and my left arm was 123/86. She said okay see you Monday, and that's it. I'm confused ? should I be worrying? What does all this mean? I kinda feel like they're keeping me in the dark here. Anything you ladies can come up with will ease my mind.
