High Blood Pressure

My BP was 160/95 today. Up from 140/89 last week. Bloods and urine taken again today and my dr will decide next steps tomorrow. Hoping not preE and can take some meds to help BP but my dr is predicting PreE and needing to deliver within the next 2 weeks... only 35 weeks 1 day. Getting worried. Anyone else had this?
