Help!

Ladies, I'm so confused! Is it possible to bleed until you ovulate? I literally have AF for 2 whole weeks then it just stops the day before I'm suppose to ovulate. I have been taking ovulation test, but it seems I never get a true positive. So I started temping this cycle and got the temp plunge this morning. Low and behold after 14 days of AF today she was gone. any insight or similar experiences would be super helpful! I never had any of these issues before my first (17 months old) so I'm clueless here.
