Vitex to regulate Period/ovulation? Sorry, this is long.

Hey ladies! We are not currently ttc, (not trying, but not preventing) but plan to start soon, so I have been doing some charting and checking on things. My period is super irregular. I never know what or when to expect it. I have everything in line to start ovulation test this month and soon as AF ends as my obgyn has recommended that way if there is an issue we can go back and look. We did not have problems conceiving our first baby, but I was pretty regular then. I never got back to any kind of norm after I had him though(1.5 years ago). I'm wondering will vitex help to regulate my cycle to make ovulation prediction easier? Also how do I go about taking Vitex, in what dose and how often? Any other insight would be greatly appreciated! I'm all ears to any and all advice!

Vitex question ladies.... I've been taking vitex for almost a week now, have any of you been using it and have had a period yet? ..... I took it the day before my period, unknowingly, and my period was lighter than my extreme heavy flow, and seems to have shorten to 5 days, rather than my usual 10 day flow. Anyone experienced AF change as this? Especially so soon.

Question! If I'm just ovulating today and my period is supposed to be due January 4th. Will I have my period on time?

Okay so me and my boyfriend are planning right now... we started having sex 3 days after ovulating cause we didn’t know. We have been having sex a lot sense then. I feel like I have been having symptoms I am not sure . He went inside me on the 6th. The day I was suppose to start my period. I haven’t had my period and it’s almost been 6 days sense then and I haven’t had one. I get cramps and tender breasts, and basically feeling weird. I’m not sure if I am . Could the cum be making me period just start later orrr... please help I’m desperate. #myfirstpost

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
