ER worthy?

I'm almost 20 weeks along and just woke up in the most excruciating pain. For the last twenty minutes or so, I literally have not been able to get out of bed or turn my body from my back because it's so painful. I can see the baby balled up in my belly because there's a huge lump on one side of my stomach and every time he moves, whatever I'm feeling hurts more. I honestly can't even explain the pain but it's radiating from my stomach to my private area.
