I’m so scared

Tomorrow is my second ultrasound and I’m absolutely horrified that I’ll get bad news. I mean it’s making me sick to my stomach. I know stress is bad for baby but I literally can’t help but fear the worst. I know my HCG was 10,917 last Wednesday. Based on that I should see a heartbeat and knowing that scares me. What if I don’t? My husband can’t go with me cause his work schedule and I’m so scared it will b bad and he won’t b there.
