So frustrated with bbt

So, my temps r all over the place. I'm getting frustrated focusing so much on them. I know I've ovulated this month. But I haven't been sleeping good for about 2wks. It's either I wake up every couple hrs or I'm up at 4:30am toss and turn never really get back in a deep sleep. But also I'm waking up/still kinda sleeping to kick blankets off because I'm so hot but then I'm freezing. I feel like I'm wasting my time temping right now bcuz of these issues. It can't possibly b accurate with this stuff right?!?!?!?
