Unsure about my cycle now!

So I was super excited that I had been taking my vitex. And I got my first blinking smiley face Saturday using clearblue advanced digital. Well, 3 days later, today, still blinking and a temp drop. Why? I want my baby so bad? Why can't I just have a normal cycle and conceive like a woman is suppose to? Why the struggle? And it doesn't help my husband got drunk last night and passed out b4 we could BD! So now I hate super bowl. Lol. ?
