Feeling broken

Hi. My husband and I have been trying for another baby for about 3 years. I may not be 35+ but close enough. I'll b 33 next week! So here's my story!!! We have 2 beautiful boys 11 & 4. We became pregnant 3/2015 but ended in a tubal pregnancy on 4/1/15. I was devastated. We have been trying since. About every 4months I end up needing to take provera to force me to have my period. My OBGYN is refusing to give me clomid. She said I need to go to a fertility doctor for it. I've tried and I just can't afford everything they want to do. Of course they jump right to ivf as my best option cause I may have scar tissue from my tubal but that's more then what I owe on my car. We just can't afford that. It's not realistic for us. Any advice? I'm losing hope and am starting to enter back into my depression and I don't want that.
