Would you go back?

So briefly, 32 weeks now, I ended up in maternity on Friday feeling awful in the worst pain I've ever felt (& I've had two babies just on gas and air, & gallstones) my abdomen felt like it was on fire. They kept me in, tested the urine and said it was full of everything you could get, keytones, protein etc. They put the pain down to a random uti & sent me home yesterday with antibiotics. I just don't feel right today at all, my bump is still sore and I feel so nauseous. Should I wait and give the antibiotic longer or would you go back to them? Don't know what to do :/
