Failed GTT/ waterbirth?

I had the gestational diabetes test this morning and a midwife rang me earlier to say my first blood test result was the tiniest bit high. This means I can't go to my local hospital ten miles from my house where my other two were born. I have to go to the one nearly 50 minutes away for everything, argh.. anyway does anyone know if I can have a waterbirth despite failing the test? (I think it was my fault I failed, I was meant to be fasting from midnight but ate a yoghurt a little bit after 12, idiot that I am) xx
