Oh doesn't understand

I'm about 7 weeks with baby number 3, & already have 2 dds. The eldest is 2 1/2. I work part time too. I've been exhausted nearly since my bfp, but oh just doesn't understand. Just getting the kids fed and bathed at night feels like a marathon at the minute. He keeps saying I'm just being lazy, he works too, he watches the kids too... is there any way I can get him to understand what the tiredness is like? Bit fed up lol xx
