Milk letdown with running water?

Milk letdown with running water?

Been randomly thinking about this, maybe someone here will know: dd1 was combi fed for the first few months after birth. Every time I went for a wash, as soon as the water was running my milk would start dripping out quite fast. It was like turning a tap on, running water would always cause letdown. Did anyone else experience this? And does anyone know why, is it just one of those things? Was hard to wash in milky shower water haha xx
