Praying it'll all be ok still bleeding hospital now

I'm almost 8 weeks but since Saturday night I started spotting which lead into light bleeding and now like a period for two full days... I saw the dr yesterday and he's sending me for blood tests 5 days apart to measure hcg levels if they go down, I'm heading in right now... wish he'd just send me for an emerg ultrasound ...I'm feeling so down, it's as if I already know what the outcome is going to be. I don't know what to expect as I've never been through this before. but I know blood isn't good. Has anyone ever had a positive outcome? Or does it sound like a possible miscarriage? Just praying for my lo to stick around a little longer. ?
