Pregnancy test... All pink window????

Ok I got a question has anybody done a pregnancy test and the entire window went pink? No lines ...my sister did the test yesterday afternoon... She's waiting for another test to be dropped off today, has many symptoms , is about 11 days late!! Jus curious
