C-Section and pushing buggy

How long after a c-section did you take your baby out in the buggy? I have a midwife appointment when my son is 11days old. I had an emergency c-section last Wednesday and I'm wondering if 11 days is too soon to be pushing a buggy? I feel fine now and haven't had any pain for past 3 days. I don't want to overdo things as it was a major surgery.
