I had a dr appointment yesterday morning and while on the nst was having fairly regular contractions. So they checked and I was 4cm dilated. Just three days before I was 2. Well went home had contractions ALL day but were not regular. Around 9 they started getting stronger and more regular so around 11 went to l&d.
