Panorama/Horizon Testing

Had the blood draws done Wednesday the 8th. Got on the Natera website to make my account and link my test. It says expected results are 11/20/17 for the panorama and 11/28/17 for the horizon. This wait is killing me. I've already logged in a few times checking it. Does it really take that long?
