Difficult week, really struggling.

It has been a very difficult week for me. During my exam on Monday we found that my cervix has shortened to 20 mm. I am already in progesterone shots, had a cervical cerclage. So now I'm on bed rest in my home, for now. I don't think I can do this. My doctor said it hopefully won't be permanent but right now he's very uncertain.
