Telling people you're pregnant

So I know this sounds weird, but we haven't told anyone that we're pregnant yet. Not our parents, not my employer, friends. Anyone. And now we're almost 17 weeks in and it's getting to the point where we need to tell people. The problem is that last time I was pregnant we told everyone, and I lost my angel at 20 weeks. And then I had to tell people that she didn't make it. I CANNOT do that again. I don't know what to do. I can't wait much longer but I can't tell people. I guess I'm just looking for advice on how to tell people. What to tell them. I'm adult, they knew we were trying. So it shouldn't be a total shock.
