Tmi- tummy issues

Is anyone else dealing with an upset tummy, cramps and diarrhea? I've had this for a week and from what I've read, we can't take anything while pregnant. I'm trying to stay away from dairy and high fatty foods. Not sure what else to do. Trying to stay as hydrated as possible. I'm 13 weeks tomorrow.
