Glucose test

I have reactive hypoglycemia from gastric bypass surgery and I'm so nervous I'm going to fail my glucose test. I don't even know why I'm taking it. My sugar spikes and then drops so low I have passed out several times before. This is due to my surgery. That's why I stay away from sugary foods and beverages. Anyone have sugar issues and passed?
