Mostly water poops + white pimple bumps

My exclusively breastfeed 2 month old son has been passing extremely watery poops for a while now it used to be a bit creamy but not anymore. No seeds or nothing. It also just explodes out of his poor bum sometimes, leaving me stuck with yet again another diaper rash. Last one stuck around for a month with nystatin treatment. This time the rash isn't too bad but it's accompanied by white pimples on the crease next to his junk on each side. I've started to give him lots of nakey time. I still have the nystatin so I'm treating them both with that but wondering why his poops are so terrible.

Mommas I need advice. Kynton gets a super bad rash when he poops. From one poop and maybe 45 seconds of him being in that diaper turns his butt bright red and blisters. We only use Huggies and Pampers diapers. Could it be disposables that do this? The gel stuff mixing with his poop that creates the rash?? And should I try a few cloths to see if it helps? Or what do I do. He poops at least 2 times if not sometimes more a day. And it puts him in agonising pain. His Drs said don't worry but his Booty is always red, bleeding and hurts him.

Does anyone know what else works for a bad diaper rash ?? Idk why my baby is pooping so much but she poops at least 3-4 times after each feed & its making her rash worst. I dab when i clean her instead of wiping to avoid from irritating it & ive even tried changing the kind of formula twice. The poop is not even alot its probably like 2 or 3 little wet drops on the diaper but i feel so bad because i know that it hurts her. & ive triedd all these products !!

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
