loss of appetite after cesarian

It's been 10 days since my c section and i haven't been able to eat because I'm just not hungry. I have to force myself to eat my fruits. I don't know if it's because of the lack of sleep or stress of worrying about my baby or if it's a normal thing. Sometimes i choose sleeping over eating because it's exhausting waking every 3 hours to feed him. I've already lost 20 pounds and I'm just wondering if it will pass soon. Thanks!
