Difference between 1st and 2nd pregnancy

Hey ya'll! So my due date is Jan 10th and this will be my 2nd baby :) I have a 5 year old son who is sweet and crazy ?. When I was pregnant with my son I had the most wonderful pregnancy. I never had any problems no morning sickness, no cramping, nothing.. even labor went great for me.. I was induced and had him less than 12 hours later with about 8 pushes and he was out.. Now I know every pregnancy is very different.. But I've been experiencing the total opposite.. Nausea throughout the day, cramping, terrible back pain, and I've had some spotting. (I'm getting an ultrasound tomorrow). Has anyone experienced two completely different pregnancies? I just keep thinking something is wrong.. Probably just being a little dramatic..But trying stay positive! Thank you ?
