Time to switch formula?

Mariella has been spitting up a lot lately, not full on throw up but lots of spit up that she chokes on. Also her poop has been harder then usual. Not like big people poop but definitely harder, and she seems to be straining a bit. Does this sound normal or should I contact my ped? She's on similac advanced
