Extremely discouraged

Rant: Started my nesting tonight at the hospital with Mariella. First night I've ever spent with a newborn and my boyfriend wasn't allowed to stay. I haven't gotten a wink of sleep. She won't sleep unless she's swaddled tight and in my arms. I'm not allowed to have her sleeping in my bed while I sleep (understandable but sucks). Docs/nurses want me to try and get her to eat every four hours but once two and half hours comes around she's screaming her head off. I totally wasn't ready for this. I'm trying not to breakdown but it's hard. I guess I just need encouragement.
