Which child addition was the hardest?

Hey all....i dont have a large fam but i love the idea of having one some day. Just wondering what transition was harder for you. From having one to two children? From two to three, three to four, etc. Please feel free to leave tips and schedules you follow. I dont know how u guys do it, but it's so admirable!
